The Mustangs (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH). The Skippers come into the Northeastern - Stars challenge with a 0-11 record. In their last challenge, Harding was routed by Grand Valley (Orwell, OH), 61-9, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Spartans encounter the St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 27. Conneaut will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Fighting Herald come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 64-15 non-league loss to Cardinal (Middlefield, OH).
