The St. Thomas More Cavaliers (Rapid City, SD) basketball crushed the host Douglas Patriots (Box Elder, SD), 53-17 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Spearfish for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. St. Thomas More will play a Spartans team coming off a 59-49 non-league loss to Mahpiya Luta (Pine Ridge, SD). The Spartans record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Douglas falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Patriots host Lead-Deadwood (Lead, SD) to play the Golddiggers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 30. The Golddiggers go into the bout with a record of 1-11.
