The Echo Cougars (Echo, OR) basketball crushed the visiting Griswold Grizzlies (Helix, OR), 62-21 in Saturday's league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they host Pilot Rock for a 1A Old Oregon bout on Tuesday, January 28. Echo will play a Rockets team coming off a 45-26 league win over Griswold (Helix, OR). The Rockets record now stands at 6-12.
With the loss, Griswold falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Cove (Cove, OR) to play the Leopards in a 1A Old Oregon bout on Thursday, January 30. The Leopards go into the bout with a record of 4-15.
