The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Hermon Hawks (Hermon, ME) and the visiting Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME), observed Hermon's basketball team edge Foxcroft Academy by a margin of 31-30.

The Hawks (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Old Town (Old Town, ME). The Coyotes come into the B North challenge with a 12-5 record.

In their next game, the Ponies battle the Mount Desert Island Trojans (Mount Desert, ME) in a B North challenge, on Wednesday, January 29. Foxcroft Academy will attempt to better on its 4-11 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 64-51 league loss to Caribou (Caribou, ME).
