Massachusetts High School Ice Hockey - Catholic Memorial nudges St. John's

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Catholic Memorial Knights ice hockey team scored a close 4-2 victory over the St. John's Pioneers.
The Knights (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Malden Catholic (Malden, MA). The Lancers go into the non-league contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Malden Catholic edged Silver Lake Regional (Kingston, MA), 4-3, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pioneers play the St. John's Prep Eagles (Danvers, MA) in a contest, on Wednesday, January 29. St. John's will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 9-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Boston College High (Boston, MA).
