Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Chaparral nudges Lewis-Palmer

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Chaparral Wolverines ice hockey team scored a close 3-1 victory over the Lewis-Palmer Rangers.
The Wolverines (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Golden Eagles go into the 5A League 1 contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Mountain Vista by Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO), 5-1, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rangers play the Grandview Wolves (Aurora, CO) in a 5A League 3 contest, on Friday, January 31. Lewis-Palmer will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 1-11 record after their 5-5 non-league Standley Lake (Westminster, CO).
