The Cold Springs Eagles basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Vinemont Eagles to 38 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanceville for a non-league contest on Friday, January 28. Cold Springs will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-45 non-league win over Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-7.
The Eagles (4-18) will now prepare for their contest against Westminster Christian (Huntsville, AL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 20-5 record. In their last contest, Westminster Christian ran past Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL), 58-38, in a non-league contest.
