North Carolina High School Basketball - Cabarrus Charter routs Sugar Creek

January 26, 2022: Concord, NC 28027

In Wednesday's league outing, the Cabarrus Charter Huskies (Concord, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sugar Creek Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 75-54.

The Huskies (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC). The Stallions go into the 1A Conference 38 outing with a 11-4 record. In their last outing, Queen's Grant was trounced by Providence (Charlotte, NC), 66-52, in a non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Piedmont Community Charter for a 1A Conference 38 outing on Friday, January 28. Sugar Creek will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 78-69 league loss to Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 4-10.
