The Marion Giants (Marion, IN) basketball knocked off the visiting Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN), 55-44 in Wednesday's league test.
The Giants (3-17) will now prepare for their test against Liberty Christian (Anderson, IN). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 10-10 record. In their last test, Liberty Christian notched a victory over Legacy Christian (Noblesville, IN), 49-14, in a non-league test.
The Bronchos now own a 3-19 record. They play next when they host Hamilton Heights for a non-league test on Thursday, January 27. Lafayette Jefferson will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 54-46 non-league loss to Benton Central (Oxford, IN). The Huskies record now stands at 15-5.
