    • Virginia High School Basketball - Turner Ashby trounces Monticello

    January 26, 2022: Bridgewater, VA 22812

    The Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA), 52-18 in Wednesday's non-league test.

    The Knights (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Wildcats go into the Valley test with a 3-13 record. In their last test, Rockbridge County was trounced by Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA), 58-54, in a league test.

    The Mustangs now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Goochland for a Jefferson test on Tuesday, February 1.
