In Thursday's league outing, the Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles (Edgerton, MN) basketball squad felled the visiting Adrian Dragons (Adrian, MN), by a margin of 74-66.
The Eagles (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN). The Bluejays go into the A Section 3 outing with a 9-5 record. In their last outing, Central Minnesota Christian thwarted Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN), 76-59, in a league outing.
The Dragons now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Westbrook-Walnut Grove for a A Section 3 outing on Saturday, January 28. Adrian will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 49-34 league win over Hills-Beaver Creek (Hills, MN). The Chargers record now stands at 14-1.
