Algoma Wolves (Algoma, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sturgeon Bay Clippers (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 53-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Algoma upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Wolves travel to Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran (Green Bay, WI) to play the Blazers in a Packerland bout on Saturday, January 28. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 10-4.
