The Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Bangor Slaters to 60 in the Crusaders league victory on Thursday.

The Crusaders now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palisades for a Colonial - East contest on Saturday, January 28. Notre Dame-Green Pond will battle a Pirates team coming off a 48-38 league loss to Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA). The Pirates record now stands at 2-14.

The Slaters (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Palmerton (Palmerton, PA). The Blue Bombers come into the non-league contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Palmerton prevailed over Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA), 52-38, in a league contest.
