Washington High School Basketball - Blaine knocked off by Lynden Christian

The Lynden Christian Lyncs basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Blaine Borderites to 56 in the Lyncs league triumph on Thursday.

The Lyncs now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ferndale for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest on Saturday, January 28. Lynden Christian will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 65-46 league loss to Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-16.

The Borderites (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Anacortes (Anacortes, WA). The Seahawks enter the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Anacortes was defeated by Lynden (Lynden, WA), 78-73, in a league contest.
