In Thursday's league match, the host Capital Bruins basketball team scored a tight 49-48 triumph over the Butte Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Bruins meet the Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT) in a AA Western match, on Tuesday, February 21. Capital will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record.
With the defeat, Butte moves to 4-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Helena (Helena, MT) to meet the Bengals in a AA Western match on Saturday, January 28. The Bengals enter the match with a record of 8-1. Helena won 72-61 in their recent league match against Sentinel (Missoula, MT)
