Michigan High School Basketball - L'Anse Creuse North knocked off by Chippewa Valley

The Chippewa Valley Big Reds basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders to 56 in the Big Reds league triumph on Thursday.
The Big Reds now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grosse Pointe South for a Macomb Area - Red contest on Wednesday, February 1. Chippewa Valley will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 42-40 non-league win over Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-3.
The Crusaders (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Dakota (Macomb, MI). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 6-5 record.
