The Crescent Loggers basketball team (Joyce, WA), was nudged 52-45 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Forks Spartans (Forks, WA)
The Spartans now possess a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ocosta for a 2B Pacific battle on Tuesday, January 31. Forks will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 67-55 league loss to Ilwaco (Ilwaco, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-9.
The Loggers (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Clallam Bay (Clallam Bay, WA). The Bruins come into the 1B North Olympic battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Clallam Bay was nudged by Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA), 100-29, in a league battle.
