With the victory, Village Christian Academy improves its record to 5-11 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Crusaders in a NCISAA Sandhills challenge on Friday, January 27. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 14-7. Trinity Christian lost 61-49 in their recent league challenge against Northwood Temple Academy (Fayetteville, NC)

Next up, the Grunts play the Falcon Christian Academy Warriors (Falcon, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Father Capodanno will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 17-4 record after their 84-52 non-league win over Cresset Christian Academy (Durham, NC).
