Mount Sinai Mustangs (Mount Sinai, NY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Miller Place Panthers (Miller Place, NY), 86-50 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mount Sinai upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Bayport-Blue Point (Bayport, NY) to play the Phantoms in a Section 11 A-4 bout on Monday, January 30. The Phantoms come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Bayport-Blue Point won 93-66 in their recent league bout against Hampton Bays (Hampton Bays, NY)

Next up, the Panthers play the Hampton Bays Baymen (Hampton Bays, NY) in a Section 11 A-4 bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Miller Place will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
