The Northwestern Tigers (Maple, WI) basketball crushed the visiting St. Croix Falls Saints (St. Croix Falls, WI), 80-44 in Thursday's league test.
The Tigers (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Hayward (Hayward, WI). The Hurricanes go into the Heart O'North test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Hayward was trounced by Ashland (Ashland, WI), 44-37, in a league test.
The Saints now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Ladysmith for a Heart O'North test on Saturday, January 28. St. Croix Falls will encounter a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 89-32 league win over Spooner (Spooner, WI). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 12-2.
