Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Blackhawk crushes Central Valley

January 26, 2023: Beaver Falls, PA 15010

Blackhawk Cougars (Beaver Falls, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Central Valley Warriors (Monaca, PA), 66-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Blackhawk upgrades its record to 15-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA) to play the Vikings in a WPIAL 4A 2 bout on Monday, January 30. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Hopewell lost 38-27 in their recent league bout against Beaver (Beaver, PA)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Beaver Bobcats (Beaver, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 2 challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Central Valley will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
