With the win, Mt. Pleasant upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Vikings host Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA) to clash with the Lancers in a WPIAL 3A 3 bout on Monday, January 30. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 5-13. Deer Lakes won 53-27 in their recent league bout against Ligonier Valley (Ligonier, PA)

Next up, the Bucs clash with the Shady Side Academy Bulldogs (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 3 bout, on Monday, January 30. Burrell will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 13-1 record after their 47-40 league win over Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA).
