In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes basketball squad scored a nice 47-35 victory over the Harrells Christian Academy Crusaders.

With the victory, Cape Fear Academy improves its record to 6-12 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to confront the Eagles in a NCISAA Coastal Rivers challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-9. Fayetteville Academy won 37-26 in their recent league challenge against Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC)

Next up, the Crusaders confront the Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Rivers challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Harrells Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record.
