The Harlan Cyclones basketball team (Harlan, IA), was routed 68-45 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Carroll Tigers (Carroll, IA)
The Tigers now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ballard for a Raccoon River battle on Friday, January 27. Carroll will battle a Bombers team coming off a 60-23 league win over Boone (Boone, IA). The Bombers record now stands at 12-2.
The Cyclones (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Creston (Creston, IA). The Panthers come into the Hawkeye Ten battle with a 4-12 record. In their last battle, Creston was routed by Glenwood (Glenwood, IA), 52-43, in a league battle.
