The Elk Grove Grenadiers basketball team (Elk Grove Village, IL), was overwhelmed 62-20 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL)

The Mustangs now possess a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glenbrook South for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 28. Rolling Meadows will battle a Titans team coming off a 70-55 league win over New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Titans record now stands at 19-5.

The Grenadiers (8-17) will now prepare for their battle against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Huskies come into the Mid-Suburban - East battle with a 21-6 record.
