The Fredericksburg Academy Falcons basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Quantico Warriors to 9 in the Falcons non-league victory on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Margaret's for a VISAA Division III contest on Friday, January 27. Fredericksburg Academy will battle a Scotties team coming off a 68-38 league loss to Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA). The Scotties record now stands at 6-7.

The Warriors (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Wakefield (The Plains, VA). The Fighting Owls come into the Greater Piedmont contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Wakefield was routed by Foxcroft (Middleburg, VA), 27-26, in a league contest.
