The Highland Prep Honey Badgers (Surprise, AZ) basketball crushed the host Mountainside Wolves (Wittmann, AZ), 62-27 in Thursday's league test.

The Honey Badgers (6-11) will now prepare for their test against BASIS Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ). The go into the 2A Central test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, BASIS Phoenix was trounced by Northland Prep Academy (Flagstaff, AZ), 52-23, in a league test.

The Wolves now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they host North Pointe Prep for a 2A Central outing on Wednesday, February 1.
