The Holy Family Gaels basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host San Gabriel Mission Pioneers to 17 in the Gaels league victory on Thursday.

The Gaels now sport a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pomona Catholic for a Soledad contest on Tuesday, January 31. Holy Family will battle a Pacers team coming off a 48-31 league loss to Sacred Heart of Jesus (Los Angeles, CA). The Pacers record now stands at 7-13.

The Pioneers (0-14) will now prepare for their contest against Alverno Heights Academy (Sierra Madre, CA). The Jaguars come into the Soledad contest with a 3-10 record.
