Tennessee High School Basketball - Hutchison nipped by St. Agnes Academy

The St. Agnes Academy Stars tipped the host Hutchison Sting basketball team by a final score of 45-42 in Thursday's league game.
In their next game, the Stars face the Briarcrest Christian Saints (Eads, TN) in a Division II-AA West game, on Friday, February 3. St. Agnes Academy will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record.
With the defeat, Hutchison moves to 5-9 on the year. The Sting host St. Mary's Episcopal (Memphis, TN) to face the Turkeys in a Division II-AA West game on Tuesday, January 31. The Turkeys enter the game with a record of 5-7.
