Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Kent Place Dragons (Summit, NJ), 39-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Johnson upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Old Bridge won 58-56 in their recent non-league bout against North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ)

Next up, the Dragons play the Arts Jaguars (Newark, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Kent Place will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 0-12 record after their 55-5 non-league loss to Verona (Verona, NJ).
