Keith Bears (Orrville, AL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting University Charter Trail Blazers (Livingston, AL), 45-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Keith upgrades its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Bears host Hatch (Uniontown, AL) to play the Bobcats in a 1A Area 6 bout on Friday, January 27. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 1-10.

Next up, the Trail Blazers play the Greensboro East Raiders (Greensboro, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. University Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 14-4 season record.
