With the victory, Mullan upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Wallace (Wallace, ID) to play the Miners in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 10-6. Wallace won 53-21 in their recent league challenge against Lakeside (Plummer, ID)

Next up, the Warriors play the Clark Fork Wampus Cats (Clark Fork, ID) in a 1A North Star challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Kootenai will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Wampus Cats come into the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 68-18 non-league loss to Timberlake (Spirit Lake, ID).
