West Albany Bulldogs (Albany, OR) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting McKay Royal Scots (Salem, OR), 63-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, West Albany improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Dallas (Dallas, OR) to confront the Dragons in a 5A Mid-Willamette battle on Tuesday, January 31. The Dragons come into the battle with a record of 2-10. Dallas lost 50-10 in their recent league battle against Silverton (Silverton, OR)

The Royal Scots (5-10) will now prepare for their battle against Corvallis (Corvallis, OR). The Spartans come into the 5A Mid-Willamette battle with a 10-4 record.
