Ohio High School Basketball - Mineral Ridge nudges Western Reserve

In Thursday's league outing, the Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH) basketball squad edged the visiting Western Reserve Blue Devils (Berlin Center, OH), by a count of 50-48.

The Rams (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against McKinley (Sebring, OH). The Trojans go into the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet outing with a 2-12 record.

The Blue Devils now hold a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Springfield for a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet outing on Monday, January 30. Western Reserve will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 37-32 non-league win over Rootstown (Rootstown, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 16-2.
