New Designs University Park Cardinals (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Neuwirth Leadership Academy Boxers (Los Angeles, CA), 17-10 in a league bout.
With the win, New Designs University Park upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season.
Next up, the Boxers clash with the Gertz-Ressler Pumas (Los Angeles, CA) in a Metro bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Neuwirth Leadership Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Pumas go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 25-4 league loss to USC Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA).
