Iowa High School Basketball - Sheldon can't hold off Okoboji

The Okoboji Pioneers basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Sheldon Orabs to 54 in the Pioneers league victory on Thursday.
The Pioneers now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to George-Little Rock for a Siouxland contest on Friday, January 27. Okoboji will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 50-40 league loss to Rock Valley (Rock Valley, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-10.
The Orabs (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA). The Generals come into the Siouxland contest with a 14-1 record. In their last contest, Sibley-Ocheyedan edged Okoboji (Milford, IA), 73-33, in a league contest.
