Texas High School Basketball - St. Augustine overwhelmed by Saint Mary's Hall

The St. Augustine Knights basketball team (Laredo, TX), was overwhelmed 79-26 in Thursday's league battle with the host Saint Mary's Hall Barons (San Antonio, TX)
The Barons now possess a 22-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence Catholic for a TAPPS 5A District 4 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Saint Mary's Hall will battle a Provets team coming off a 37-31 league win over St. Joseph Academy (Brownsville, TX). The Provets record now stands at 13-17.
The Knights (4-14) will now prepare for their battle against St. Joseph (Victoria, TX). The Flyers come into the TAPPS 5A District 4 battle with a 10-16 record. In their last battle, St. Joseph trounced St. Anthony (San Antonio, TX), 46-39, in a league battle.
