The Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM) basketball crushed the host Estancia Bears (Estancia, NM), 64-14 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Panthers (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Albuquerque Academy walloped Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM), 54-42, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Academy for Technology and The Classics for a non-league test on Saturday, February 4. Estancia will encounter a squad coming off a 62-45 non-league win over Dulce (Dulce, NM). The record now stands at 15-4.
