The Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs (Danville, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA), 31-21 in Thursday's league test.
The Bulldogs (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA). The Ospreys go into the non-league test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy notched a victory over Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA), 40-28, in a league test.
The Tornadoes now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Temple Christian for a test on Monday, January 30. Timberlake Christian will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 42-29 league win over Faith Christian Academy (Hurt, VA). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-2.
