Maywood CES Wolfpack (Maywood, CA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Bravo Knights (Los Angeles, CA), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolfpack confront the Torres Toros (Los Angeles, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Maywood CES will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Toros enter the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to Marquez (Huntington Park, CA).

The Knights now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marquez for a challenge on Thursday, February 2.
