The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Elizabeth Bulldogs (Cudahy, CA) and the visiting Maywood Academy Nighthawks (Maywood, CA), saw Elizabeth's soccer squad knock off Maywood Academy by a margin of 3-1.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Marquez for a test on Tuesday, January 31. Elizabeth will meet a Gladiators squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Torres (Los Angeles, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Maywood Academy drops to 1-4 on the season. The Nighthawks host Maywood CES (Maywood, CA) to meet the Wolfpack in a test on Thursday, February 2. The Wolfpack come into the test with a record of 3-4.
