The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Clay Blue Devils (Green Cove Springs, FL) and the visiting Middleburg Broncos (Middleburg, FL), saw Clay's soccer squad knock off Middleburg by a margin of 3-1.
The Blue Devils now sport a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Ridgeview for a non-league test on Saturday, January 28. Clay will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over St. Johns Country Day (Orange Park, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Middleburg drops to 2-15 on the season.
