Kansas High School Basketball - Salina Central tipped by Andover

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Andover Trojans basketball team scored a tight 65-59 triumph over the Salina Central Mustangs.

In their next game, the Trojans meet the Eisenhower Tigers (Goddard, KS) in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II match, on Tuesday, January 30. Andover will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 4-8 record after their 63-49 non-league loss to Haysville Campus (Wichita, KS).

With the defeat, Salina Central moves to 5-7 on the year. The Mustangs host Arkansas City (Arkansas City, KS) to meet the Bulldogs in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II match on Tuesday, January 30. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 4-8. Arkansas City lost 53-52 in their recent non-league match against Collegiate (Wichita, KS)
