With the victory, Dorchester Academy upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Calhoun Academy (St. Matthews, SC) to play the Cavaliers in a SCISA AA Region I challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 11-8.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Cathedral Academy Generals (North Charleston, SC) in a SCISA AA Region I test, on Tuesday, January 30. Andrew Jackson Academy will attempt to advance on its 12-13 season record. The Generals go into the test with a 19-7 record after their 78-50 league win over St. John's Christian Academy (Moncks Corner, SC).
