The Bishop Neumann Cavaliers (Wahoo, NE) basketball nipped the host Archbishop Bergan Knights (Fremont, NE), 45-40 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cavaliers (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Concordia (Omaha, NE). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 14-1 record. In their last test, Concordia got by Lincoln Lutheran (Lincoln, NE), 43-39, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Concordia for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Archbishop Bergan will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 53-32 non-league win over Bishop Neumann (Wahoo, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-1.
