Illinois High School Basketball - Ashton-Franklin Center topped by Polo

The Polo Marcos basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders to 43 in the Marcos league victory on Friday.

The Marcos now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton/Prince of Peace Prep for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27.

The Raiders (3-19) will now prepare for their contest against Orangeville (Orangeville, IL). The Broncos come into the non-league contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Orangeville prevailed over Pearl City (Pearl City, IL), 59-55, in a league contest.
