The Underwood Eagles basketball team scored 80 points and restricted the host Audubon Wheelers to 41 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to AHSTW for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Underwood will battle a Vikings team coming off a 62-59 non-league loss to Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-12.
The Wheelers (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA). The Panthers come into the Western Iowa contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Logan-Magnolia triumphed over AHSTW (Avoca, IA), 62-59, in a non-league contest.
