Illinois High School Basketball - Back of the Yards College Prep can't hold off Kelly

The Kelly Trojans basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats to 50 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spry Community Links for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Kelly will battle a team coming off a 78-28 league loss to Chicago Tech (Chicago, IL). The record now stands at 0-8.

The Bobcats (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mansueto (Chicago, IL). The Leopards come into the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Mansueto was nudged by Pritzker (Chicago, IL), 56-28, in a league contest.
