The Goodridge/Grygla Chargers basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Gators to 32 in the Chargers league triumph on Friday.

The Chargers now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] for a A Section 8 contest on Monday, January 29. Goodridge/Grygla will battle a Northern Freeze team coming off a 82-55 non-league win over Roseau (Roseau, MN). The Northern Freeze record now stands at 11-6.

The Gators (1-16) will now prepare for their contest against Sacred Heart (East Grand Forks, MN). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Sacred Heart triumphed over Nevis (Nevis, MN), 69-64, in a non-league contest.
