With the victory, Ysleta upgrades its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Indians host Horizon (El Paso, TX) to play the Scorpions in a 5A Region I District 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Scorpions come into the challenge with a record of 7-17. Horizon lost 47-46 in their recent league challenge against Hanks (El Paso, TX)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Bel Air will attempt to upgrade on its 11-14 season record. The Matadors come into the challenge with a 9-17 record after their 66-63 league loss to Del Valle (El Paso, TX).
